Christmas Day

On Christmas morning the girls woke up early and we opened presents.  Sophia wanted to wrap up a box as the first gift to open.  Inside was a gift for Jesus.  I love her little heart.

This was the picture inside the box

Grandma Louise and MeMe came over and joined us for breakfast and games on Christmas morning.

On Christmas evening we went to Popsi and TeeTee's.  It was a busy time with LOTS of presents.  They are so generous.

This was on Christmas Eve at Grandma Louise's house

The Nutracker

The girls got to see the Nutcracker for the first time this Christmas.  They loved seeing the real ballerinas and danced like crazy afterwards.

Gingerbread Houses

Grandma Barbie and Grandpa Tom came for Christmas and GB brought some fun gingerbread houses.  The girls had a lot of fun decorating them.  Sophia spent a good hour on hers.  Such an artsy girl.

The Nutcracker Performance

Our kids and the neighborhood kiddos put on the Nutcracker for their parents, grandparents and Sophia's friend, Brooke.  They spent weeks practicing, getting costumes together and figuring out the scenes.  It was so fun to see all that they came up with.  The girls were so excited to participate and we loved watching their hard work.  Sophia was Clara and Livvy was a soldier and a flower.  We hope for more neighborhood productions soon!
